Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EBounce browser extension and related services ("Service") operated by EBounce ("we", "us", "our"). By installing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

EBounce is a Chrome browser extension that enables users to switch between multiple Etsy seller accounts without logging in and out. The extension stores session data locally in your browser.

2. Free Trial

New users receive a 7-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required to start the trial. When the trial expires, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• The base plan is $1.99/month and includes 2 Etsy accounts.
• Additional accounts can be added for $0.50/month each.
• Multi-Tab Mode is available as an add-on for $1.99/month.
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Price increases apply to new subscriptions only. Your rate at the time of subscription is locked in for as long as your subscription remains active.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After cancellation, the extension will stop functioning but your saved account data will remain in your browser until you uninstall the extension.

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your first payment, contact us for a full refund, no questions asked. Refund requests after 7 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: managing your own Etsy seller accounts. You may not:

• Use the Service to access accounts you do not own or have authorization to manage
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the extension
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates Etsy's terms of service
• Share license keys with others

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future updates to Chrome or Etsy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service interacts with Etsy (etsy.com) and uses Stripe for payment processing. We are not affiliated with Etsy, Inc. Your use of Etsy is subject to Etsy's own terms and policies. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the extension or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
